LOL - how did you get out have having to read Fahrenheit 451 in school? :) A number of the older ones I read in school. But I was in a few advanced English classes - and two years, we read like 9 books a semester and did discussions and essays on them (not all of them sci-fi *pout* because I wish I could erase some of them)

Anyway - this list troubles me for NO Andre Norton? really? Also - yea, where is Marion Zimmer Bradley?

A few - I don't really consider them 'classics'. Too new. One was just published in 2009? and it's a 'classic'???
