We had Help Haiti, and Help New Zealand, and Help Japan, and Help Brazil, and Help Whatnot. Am I simply not seeing Help Somalia, or what?

Either everyone has compassion fatigue or the person setting it up CAN'T GET INTO LIVE JOURNAL. *fumes*

(Um, I may be annoyed about that last bit. It's been 30 hours or more since I could last bring up any LJ pages.)

Yeah, me too. People keep saying they get the pages to load, but apparently they have magic internets or something.

I'm afraid the world has somewhat given up on helping Somalia. Getting the goods to the actual people in need is problematical. The warlords running the government-deprived state take it all, you see.

Last time the Western World (UN and USA) tried to prevent that, it was a bloody mess. See the more accurate than not "Black Hawk Down" for how that debacle went.
